Need to talk.....? Sometimes we all need someone to talk to - about the big and smaller things in life. Perhaps you need a listening ear and someone to talk to about life's struggles and stresses. Or perhaps you experience low mood, depression, anxiety, food/eating problems, OCD, BDD, self-harm etc. and other mental health issues. Or perhaps you need support with increasing confidence, self-esteem, relationships, assertiveness, stress etc. If things are getting on top of you or you're struggling to cope, perhaps it's time to reach out for some help and support. Our psychotherapy, counselling and dietitian services are provided by experienced, well-qualified therapists, counsellors and dietitians who tailor therapy to you and your needs and preferences at this time Therapists and dietitians encourage you to go at your own pace and to work towards your goals. Welcome to the newst member of our team!
We're delighted to have a new therapist join the team. Sue C (we have a therapist, Sue B too!), will initially offer in-person appointments at our place in Glasgow city centre on Tuesdays 10am-2pm and will increase this over time. Welcome to the team Sue C!
